We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will notify you at least 30 days before the effective date of any new condition. What constitutes a material change will be determined in our sole discretion. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us with respect to our Service and supersede any prior agreements we have entered into between us in connection with the Service.
